When your order has shipped, you will recieve an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking infomration to become available. You can then track your order on our "Track My Order" page

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of recieving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@Myblingring.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Fortunately, products that are out of stock will be back. There is no specific timeframe but we promise it will be soon. On the product page you can sign up to recieve notification to be the first to know when an item rearrives back in stock.

We will occasionally announce our restocks via our social media and our VIP mailing list. You also have the option to preorder some of our jewelry.

Our pre-order option is a great way to ensure you receive your products before they sell out. Pre-order products are for the products that are in stock, but have yet not launched. There is a launch date set for when they become actively ready for normal processing and shipping. If there is no date available standard time is 5 to 10 days extra processing when you purchase pre-order your products will be ready for shipping once the product launches. You will be one of the first orders and your product will automatically be processed and shipped.

Essentially: It's buying your order at an earlier date

Exciting news! Most of our products are processed and shipped the same or next day. We process orders daily. All orders are fully processed within one to three business days. After receiving your confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Which is usually the next day!) If there are any delays in your processing, you will be notified by email.

If we're having a free shipping promotion, it is free shipping worldwide no code necessary. Shipping is handled through USPS. Tracking number will be available. Once your order has shipped, from there you can track your order any further inquiries can be made through USPS.

Please make sure all address information is correct before placing an order. Once items are shipped we are not responsible for an incorrect address. If address submitted is incorrect contact us ASAP so we can correct it for you before shipment.

OR in your account portal, you are able to self edit your mailing address before your order ships.

Yes! All of our belly rings are made with 316L stainless steel materials and our nose rings are made with stainless steel.

Since our jewelry is handmade we choose top premium materials. Our added designs such as charms on our belly rings are also skin safe! We treat all of our jewelry with premium grade coating making it safe for nickel allergies and other allergies caused by certain metals.
