Due to the sanitation nature of our products we do not offer returns.

However, we would love for you to be completely satisfied with your order. You are eligible for a refund and/or store credit. If there happens to be an issue with your order please contact ASAP by email at Contact@blingringshop.com about the following; an incorrect order please contact us within 3 days of delivery, so we can solve it. For items that are damaged, please email us within 24 hours from the time of your delivery along with photos. You are eligible for a refund or you can get a new order sent. Any inquiries sent after these time periods will not be eligible to be issued a refund, no exceptions.

All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipment. After its departure, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. All inquries for your order after it is departed are provided by the delivery service; USPS.

During checkout, there is an option to opt in for shipping protection. In the event that a package is damaged or lost in transit please fill out the shipping protection form and after review your account will be compensated with store credit. We will credit your account with your total purchase amount and a reshipment of your product per request.
